Street photography is the art of anticipation. You walk for miles, camera in hand, waiting for the elements of light, subject, and environment to align for a fraction of a second.
This series captures the contrasts of modern cities: the intense neon glow of rainy nights reflecting off black asphalt, and the isolated, quiet expressions of commuters lost in thought. Using a compact rangefinder camera allowed me to remain invisible, capturing genuine human behavior without disrupting the natural flow of the city.
